I am not at my optimum health. There was a time that I was very strick with my reseme. Lately, I'm more spiritual, I am honest, I do service. I have a few health issuses that I'm finding it hard to go to the specialist again and go thru procedures that didn't work the last time.
I have faith in the Devine, his will not mine. Hopefully, I'll continue to read your thread and be inspired to be more mindful of my health.
