As a driver, cyclist or pedestrian, how good are you at staying calm on the road? To stay calm when you're on the road:
- Build in extra time for the unexpected.
- Share the road and be considerate to others.
- Make sure you're not hungry, then you're less likely to get irritated.
- And when you get annoyed, take a couple of deep breaths and let it go.
