As they say, "Worry is fear that hasn't said it's prayers."

Worry is very much a lack of faith with no true trust in our God. It is hard to accept, but it is a sure sign that we said, "I give it to God," only to take it back, not trusting God to do His think and not doing things the way we want it to be done.

It seems to be a normal feeling, but that doesn`t make it healthy for us or the person(s) who we are worrying about.
