The Time That It Takes

The solution that all of us find when we come into recovery is not what any of us thought it would be, and it is contrary to what a lot of us thought it should be. None of us really know what the problem was before we all got to recovery. That's why what we find in recovery makes no sense to us, but in time it will for all of us. Understanding what the problem is and what can be done about it has already been figured out for all of us, and the only real question that is left for any of us is, are we going to do what it takes for us to be in recovery? For all of us to get through with being able to do this will take some of us longer than others, but that's okay as long as we're all trying the best that we all know that we can because in time this works out for all of us. It is different what each of us has to go through so we'll all need to allow for the time that it takes for each of us to be able to do this, and if all of us are willing to do this for ourselves, allow for the time that it takes, then all of us will be able to do what it takes for us all to be in recovery.
